I first discovered Tai Chi, over 10 years ago. I had survived a heart attack, and was looking for a form of exercise to gain some of the health back that I had squandered earlier in my life. You see, I have a bleeding disorder, and because of the injuries I had incurred over my lifetime, I was limited in my activities. Tai Chi became the answer to my mobility issues and then some. I discovered a peaceful movement, where I was completely able to release the anxieties and worries of my condition and everyday life.
